The problems we solve

If this sounds familiar, we can help.

Five operational pains we hear every week from pharmacy, distribution and benefits leaders — and the WebPal capability that takes them off the table.

Pain
Store data lives in different cash, POS and Rx systems — nobody has a single view of the network.
WebPal solution
Vendor-specific connectors normalize every store into one queryable, governed data warehouse.
Pain
Every acquisition adds another vendor, another spreadsheet, another data island to reconcile.
WebPal solution
Plug-in connector library onboards new stores and distributors in days, not quarters.
Pain
Benefits adjudication is slow — manual rule lookups, rejections, and resubmissions burn AR days.
WebPal solution
AI agents validate claims against payer rules, route rejections, and post back to your AR ledger.
Pain
Operators spend hours building monthly performance reports — by the time they're done, the numbers have moved.
WebPal solution
Ask the AI agent in plain English — get pie charts, bar graphs and custom reports on demand.
Pain
Going public — or scaling toward it — means compliance, DR and audit demands your spreadsheets can't meet.
WebPal solution
Audit-ready evidence, disaster recovery and segregation-of-duties controls built into the platform.

Neighbourly Pharmacy
Canada's largest network of independent pharmacies
Customer story · High-growth data centralization

Aggregation of siloed pharmacy systems into one AI-ready data warehouse.

Recognized as one of Canada's best managed and fastest growing companies, Neighbourly needed to aggregate store data from many different cash, point-of-sale and prescription vendors into one queryable warehouse. WebPal connectors normalized the data, and WebPal AI agents turn it into on-demand dashboards and reports — supporting Neighbourly's rapid acquisitions and journey to listing on the TSX.

Yes. As a Canadian provider, our equivalent of a US BAA is a PIPEDA-aligned Data Processing Agreement, plus an Information Manager / Information Sharing Agreement under your provincial health privacy law (PHIPA in Ontario, PIPA in BC and Alberta, HIA in Alberta, and equivalents elsewhere). It's signed before any PHI or payer data touches the platform and is reviewed annually by external counsel.

Yes. We maintain vendor-specific connectors for cash, point-of-sale, prescription dispensing, claims, distribution and accounting systems — and we build new ones on demand. Custom integrations use our REST/GraphQL API.

Data is hosted in your choice of Canadian, US or EU data residency zones, on SOC 2 Type II–audited infrastructure. Backups, replication and DR are region-locked.

A first cohort of stores typically goes live in 2–4 weeks; multi-vendor pharmacy networks land in 6–10 weeks. The connector library and starter kit accelerate day-one configuration significantly.

WebPal AI uses external foundation models behind a vetted, gated tool layer. Before any prompt leaves our boundary, PHI and other PII are scrubbed and tokenized; outputs are re-hydrated on return. No customer data is used to train external models, and every AI action is fully traceable in the audit log.
