To use the HTML rich-text editor, right-click on the chapter to which you want to add the content and select Insert > html from the drop-down menu.
You may add more than one HTML node to a chapter. For example, you may want to insert an a list or some other feature between HTML nodes. To do this, simply insert an html node, followed by a list node, and then another html node.
The content will appear in the order they're stacked in within the chapter.
